Firefighter

I believe that firefighters are unsung heroes. Everyone only hears about the firefighters when there happens to be an unfortunate death in the building or when the firefighters make a mistake. Sometimes in movies, the firefighters are seen as unintelligent people because they constantly make mistakes that result in deaths or other tragedies. Not all movies show firefighters as a menace to society. For example, Ron Howard’s 1991 movie, Backdraft, shows the real side of a firefighting family. No matter what way the firefighters are predicted, people only see what the media wants them to see, not a realistic depiction of their livelihood. No one can sincerely understand the sacrifice the mean and woman as well as their families make everyday until you live that lifestyle.
